This Privacy Policy explains how Neil James, operating as Core Impact (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit neil-james.ca (the “Site”) or request a consultation. We are an independent EOS Implementer practice based in London, Ontario, serving clients in Canada and the United Kingdom. This Site and our handling of your information are separate from EOS Worldwide and any other organization.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the consultation form, we collect the details you provide: your first and last name, work email address, phone number, company name, leadership team size, and any message you share about your business challenges.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and analytics below).
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your consultation request and communicate with you about it;
- provide, and follow up on, the services you ask about;
- understand how the Site is used so we can improve it;
- meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Consent and communications
By submitting the consultation form, you consent to us contacting you about your request. Any ongoing commercial messages we send will comply with CASL, and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe. You can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time by using that unsubscribe option or by contacting us at the address below.
How we share your information
We share your personal information only with the service providers that help us operate the Site and respond to you, and only as needed for those purposes. These currently include:
- Resend, which delivers the notification email generated by your form submission;
- our website hosting and database provider, which stores your submission securely;
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, which provide aggregate usage analytics.
These providers may process data outside Canada, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your information to third parties.
Data retention
We keep your consultation submission for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our correspondence, after which we securely delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Your rights).
Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information, subject to legal or contractual limits.

Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, to understand traffic and usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted on this page.
